Garden Opening Times
Open most of the year, including Bank Holidays, 11am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Unfortunatley large parts of the garden can’t be accessed by wheelchair users. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads.
The gardens are closed to the public when we have guests staying in the Court.
Getting Here
We are 20 minutes from Abergavenny, Hereford and Ross-on-Wye, 40 minutes from Newport (South Wales), Worcester and Hay-on-Wye, 1 hour from Cheltenham, 1.5 hours from Cirencester, Cardiff, Birmingham and Bristol and 3 hours from London
Directions From Hereford
From Hereford, take the A465 road towards Abergavenny.
After ten miles, at Pontrilas turn left and follow the signposts to Kentchurch.
After two miles, just after the Bridge Inn, fork left.
After a further half-mile the road bends sharp right down a short hill.
The estate entrance is opposite the Church, through the gates and up the drive.
Parking on arrival
For those visiting the gardens, we kindly ask you to please park opposite the church or the in parking area through the black gates on the back drive.
For those less able please feel free to park in the Court’s front courtyard.
